Tristan
Current Belt: yellow Tristan is a wonderful young student - recently turning five. He has improved so much with his focus, listening and following directions. He has a terrific smile and is always polite and courteous. We are very proud of Tristan's progress! |
Juniors program
Jakobi
Current Belt: Blue Jakobi is an outstanding example of courtesy, respect and intense training during class. He is the first one to say "Yes, Ma'am" or "Yes, Sir!" His hand goes up immediately when asked "Who wants to...?" Jakobi's sportsmanship has improved greatly and we are so happy with Jakobi's progress. We can see Jakobi developing into a great role model and leader! |

Kevaughn
Current Belt: Purple Kevaughn is one our most helpful students. He arrives early before classes begin and stays until classes end. He always helps us with the set-up and break-down of equipment and materials. Kevaughn has really improved his martial arts skills and does very well in our mixed Teen/Adult cardio kickboxing classes. We can see a future S.T.O.R.M. Team member developing here - a possible future instructor! |

Mauricio
Current Belt: orange Mauricio is a model student; he takes his training seriously & always gives one hundred & ten percent on the training floor. He is very focused on perfecting his technique and posses a rear round kick that would knock over a Mack truck. Always considerate of whomever he is partnered with, and always looks to help & encourage new students Mauricio has the potential to become a well rounded martial artist and an excellent black belt. |

Nate
Current Belt: white/yellow Nate came to us through a "Confidence for Kids" workshop. He is a wonderful boy who started out in a shy mode. He had made great progress since his first classes and will even lead his group with excellent confidence! His willingness to "jump in" and try new things has really improved. His kicks are improving each week and we are really proud of him! |

Marissa
Current Belt: Yellow Marissa came to us from enrolling in our summer camp program at the Margate Community Center. She is a hard worker and takes her training seriously and always does her personal best! She is an excellent role model in our Basic Class! She has the potential to become a terrific junior black belt! Perhaps after that she will join our instructorship program! We think she'd make a wonderful instructor!!! |

Amber
Current Belt: Purple They say that great things come in small packages and if that's true, then Amber is definitely one of those great things! She is very bright, quick to learn and fun on the training floor! She has come a long way in the last six months and has made up the time she lost while away on summer vacation! She is always willing to work with any partner. We are sure that she'll become a terrific black belt! |

Michael
Current Belt: orange Fate brought Michael to our Academy. He received one of our business cards while shopping in Coral Springs. He lost the card for a short time, then found it again a few months later. He called us and the rest is history! He has a great and serious training attitude He always demonstrates his personal best at every class, practices on his own and has the work ethic to be an excellent black belt one day! Michael has contributed his time and efforts outside the Academy to help us grow and prosper - we sincerely thank him for that! He and his family are a fantastic addition to WCMA!!! |

Current Belt: white/yellow Etienne is an adorable, "steal your heart" 5 year old! She is very bright and quick to learn not only her techniques, but the Student Creed as well! She always does her personal best and loves to take a leadership role! She has really learned to "focus her eyes, focus her mind and focus her body!!!" |

Gabrielle
Current Belt: Purple Belt w/stripe Gabrielle is every teacher's wonderful student!!! She is always attentive to details, tries her best in every class and really works at learning her techniques. She is a good partner to every student in class and is a terrific role model! She is definitely on her way to becoming a super Junior Black Belt!!! |

Current Belt: orange Samira is a delightful young woman who has a soft spoken and friendly attitude with a powerful punch and kick! She is a wonderful training partner and is kind and helpful to all her classmates. She has a winning smile and a determined mind to take on challenges and succeed. She is a student that every teacher will want to have in his/her classroom! We can see that she'll make a terrific Black Belt role model! |

Current Belt: yellow Pat is an outstanding example to everyone who comes to our Academy! She is a powerhouse puncher and always gives 110% effort in every class. She truly embraces our student creed about continually improving herself mentally, physically and spiritually! What a great Black Belt role model she is becoming! Shane
Current Belt: yellow Shane is an exuberant 4 year old boy whose smile literally lights up a room. He is full of energy, excitement and joy! This very shy and timid boy has come a long way from his first days at the Academy. His self confidence has really improved and willingness to "jump in" and try his personal best has soared. When Shane is on the training floor, the class is so much fun because of his wonderful personality! |

Jonathan
Current Belt: Yellow Jonathan is a relatively new student in our program and preparing for his first rank test. He really takes his training seriously and practices diligently at home. All his hard work shows in class. He always knows the correct techniques and does them very well. This demonstrates a serious student who takes the time to practice outside of class. This young man has the potential to become a phenomenal black belt! This is a young man who could be teaching classes one day as an instructor. |

Current Belt: orange Ross, when this young man is on the floor you can feel his energy straight away! He is very bright and enthusiastic! He always gives 110% on the training floor and has come a long way in the last six months! He is very helpful and willing to work with any partner. He wants to help new students feel welcome and tries to share what he knows with them. We are sure that he'll be a wonderful black belt and terrific role model. These are the traits of a potential future instructor. |

Current Belt: Green Do not mistake this serious, mild-mannered, soft-spoken, quiet young man called Alex. He is truly our "Clark Kent - Man of Steel"!!! Pound for pound, our almost 16 yr. old slender young man can pack quite a punch and a kick! He has a great training attitude and works so well with every one he partners with. He absorbs the material quickly, demonstrates his personal best at every class and has the work ethic to not only be an excellent black belt one day but achieve success in everything he strives for in his life! |

Current Belt: yellow Matthew is a hard worker and a great example of always doing his personal best on the training floor! He is well focused and shows that he wants to get the techniques right. He has a wonderful attitude and demonstrates great respect and courtesy to his teachers and his classmates. Matthew is a super role model at 4 and a half years old and will become a great black belt in our Academy! |

Current Belt: purple Mariah is a prime example of a great work ethic. She consistently gives 110% at every class and has fantastic technique because of it! She is a fabulous student who is focused and has a great attitude. She is patient and kind to others, is a wonderful partner to her classmates, and strives to be her very best in each and every class. She is serious about her training and she will be an outstanding black belt role model. |

Current Belt: purple Kevin is focused in class and has great technique. He is always polite and patient and a great partner to work with. His humility is a great example for others to follow and he's great to demonstrate techniques with when learning something new. His perseverance has shown from his first day on the training floor and will carry him through to his goal. He is going to be among the first students to earn a black belt in our Academy! |

Jenn
Current Belt: Orange Jenn was referred to our program by Sharon D'Arcy. She is on the way to completing her basic training program with us and will earn her Purple belt at her next rank test. She is developing an excellent understanding of the basics, focuses on perfecting her technique in class, and is always willing to work with new students when they enter our program. She has been very proactive in arranging groups for our certified women's self defense classes and we thank her for helping us get the message out to other women in the community. She is a great asset to our Academy! |

Current Belt: yellow Elidia is a great example in our Ninjas Class. Her attendance is outstanding - always on time and never misses a class. She consistently gives 100% on the training floor and has the right attitude to succeed at whatever tasks she sets for herself. Elidia is on the path to becoming an outstanding black belt in our Academy. |

Kyle
Current Belt: yellow Kyle is a terrific student on the training floor. He is very well behaved and always tries his personal best! He is kind to others and is a very respectful partner. He has a great attitude and has been learning so much since his first day. You can see that "courtesy and respect" are important to Kyle - he shows it every day! |

Christine
Current Belt: purple Christine is an excellent role model for teenagers. She is always focused and willing to learn! She pays great attention to detail and strives to be the best she can be. She is an outstanding academic student with a tremendous potential both mentally and physically. Christine's goal is to become a doctor and we have no doubt that she will achieve it. |

Current Belt: purple There are two words that come to mind when thinking of Brett - dedicated and motivated! He is completely focused at all times on the training floor and has a great desire to learn all he can. He has the true potential to become an outstanding black belt. He watches, listens, and learns intently. His consistent practice is a great part of what makes him an outstanding student. |
