Women's Self Defense Workshops
This class is a one hour workshop that includes valuable information on how not to be chosen by an assailant. We teach practical, simple and
easy techniques for self defense no matter what you happen to be wearing. We teach you how to S.I.N.G. (not American Idol style) and show you how to use a
self defense keychain with safety release. The information in this class is for women only - ages 12 and up. Ladies under 18 need parental permission. This is an interactive
class with information and techniques that every woman needs to know. It might just save your life!
Sifu Stephanie Mahler has been a member of AWSDA (American Women's Self Defense Association) since 1996 and is certified through them to teach women's self defense and rape prevention courses and to teach the defensive keychain techniques. Workshops can be held either at our Academy, or we can bring everything to you at your office, your school or your home. Over 2,000 children are reported missing everyday - that is one child every 40 seconds. Although many
children are found after being reported missing, there are still a significant amount of children
who are left unfound. This is a tragic scenario for any parent, one that can be potentailly prevented
with some key tips on child safety. Classes are held at the Academy or we can schedule by request
to come to your school or facility. (Minimum requirement of 8 participants.)
