Our World Class Martial Arts Academy
At the heart of our World Class Martial Arts Academy is the high level of personal attention we give to each and every one of our students.
We realize that every student is an individual
and therefore has different needs and learning styles.
Our Academy follows the philosophies of the late, great Bruce Lee as a mixed martial art program. Incorporating the most practical aspects of multiple martial arts, the result is an amalgam of kicks, boxing, close-quarter skills and joint locking techniques taught in a progression-based learning environment. We offer mixed martial arts classes to men and women, boys and girls, from pre-school to adults. Come yourself, or come as a family and train together. Read more about our programs. Sifu Stephanie Mahler offers Women's Self Defense workshops to the public. These hour-long workshops teach practical, simple and easy techniques for self defense for women.
They offer valuable information on how NOT to be chosen by an assailant. This is information every woman needs to know.
